On the palate the wine is juicy with notes of dark fruit and blueberry preserve. The art of blending is on full display drawing on the strengths of each of the varietals which results in a complex and layered wine.
LIVID Rosé of Malbec is vibrant with crisp acid paired with intense notes of fresh, ripe strawberry and subtle hints of blackberry, spice & pepper on the palate. This rosé combines depth of structure and complexity with the color of a Western Colorado sunset.
This is a balanced and very approachable Chardonnay with notes of ripe stone fruit and grapefruit pith supported by light notes of oak in the form of vanilla and caramel. On the palate, the wine is balanced with just enough acidity to keep it refreshing and pleasing.
